Goal

On : 12.2.4 version, Memory Based Planner in PROD:

Users need to understand how ASCP looks at the routing operations when they are defined. When they created the operation they were done in the following order in the form and numbering:

Op 30
Op 20
Op 10

ASCP shows the operations in the following order:

Op 30 - 1st operation
Op 20 - 2nd operation
Op 10 - 3rd operation

users expected the following order:

Op 10 1st
Op 20 2nd
Op 30 3rd

Users want to confirm how ASCP recognizes the routing operations
