Symptoms

Exception is captured in log when creating project using bulk upload utility:

ERROR

Unable to Find Logged in Account Detail

USER MISTAKE TRACE:
getLoggedInAccount: missing logged-in account. in expression enginecolumns(table_s)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Prepare the Bulk Upload Utility tool
2. Fill in required fields
3. Click submit
4. Error is received
