Service alerts running queries that are causing core dumps in Database (DB).
Service alerts is running a query that is causing the DB to core dump. You did a load test in Oracle Network Management System (NMS) which put most of your customer base out, over 20,000 events over 700,000 customers out, over 250,000 calls. There is a query that service alert is running that is passing in all the affected supply nodes to an IN clause. This is causing issues in the database.
