The purpose of this document is to provide steps to diagnose slow performance issue for Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) process. Cash Flow Engine executes defined assumptions and generate rates. The steps below list items to check to identify the source of the performance issue.

 1. Verify there are no issues with tables and indexes used in the process
 2. Verify there is no locked objects
 3. Verify there is no hang shared memory
 4. Verify Audit Option is not selected
 5. Correct FTP Process errors

 6. Request further assistance to troubleshoot
 a. Provide details of the specific batch/task that run slow
 b. Provide timing of the slow running tasks
 c. Provide ofstp debug output
 d. Provide AWR Workload Repository report
 e. Generate an Execution Plan for the long running SQL
 f. Provide Tuning Option
