Duplicate Search Functionality With 'OR' Initials (Doc ID 2459194.1)

Goal

How duplicate search works as when users are doing search using PAT Initials 'OR' and any DOB. The system is returning cases where PAT Initials are different but DOB is the same which was provided in search criteria.

Argus should give the search results where both
i.e. PAT Initials and DOB are matched and should not display the cases where any one of the criteria is matched.

Expected behavior is search should be working in AND not in OR. Please clarify.
