Symptoms
While trying to execute setup.exe from "p19713221_52200_Generic" package (step 5.2.2 from the TMS 5.2.2 Installation Guide) which has been unpacked to the staging area, it simply does not start. A blank command window appears for 2-3 seconds and then disappears.
