Complete Milestone Not Sent To AIA From a Standalone Function (Doc ID 2459269.1)

OSM 7.3.1.0.7

The complete milestone PORT IN COMPLETE sent from OSM is not received by AIA . The Complete milestone is updated in OSM and the lineItem is complete in OSM.  Since the complete milestone has not been received by AIA, PortIn lineitem is open in Siebel.

In the UpdateSalesOrderEBM, instead of port in line items, OSM received other line items with random milestones, for example PROVISION_COMPLETE or INITIATE_BILLING_COMPLETE ,SYNC_CUSTOMER_COMPLETE.  Observed that this issue happened frequently if the jeopardy either was more than an hour or 3 days.  If we provide a jeopardy of 5 minutes or 10 minutes, UpdateSalesOrderEBM contains only a Port In line item with its related milestones. This is the expected outcome.
