Goal

ENHANCEMENT REQUEST:
=====================

Enable search capabilities on Dynamic records, Multi-value dynamic fields and Time valid dynamic fields.

Explanation:
The issue stems from searching for the provider based on their license number. A provider’s license number changes over time. As a result, license numbers are stored as time valid dynamic records for providers.
A claim contains the provider’s license number. There is dynamic logic (i.e. provider matching) to look up the provider based on the license number on the claim. The dynamic logic uses the SearchBuilder() to look the provider by license number. This does not work. Additionally, dynamic records are not searchable in the OHI UI search screen. (This is made clear in the implementation guide.) This also means that Provider Management will not be able to search for providers based on any of the configured dynamic records.

Hence the request is to enhance OHI to enable search capabilities on Dynamic records, Multi-value dynamic fields and Time valid dynamic fields.
