Billing Care: Event Adjustment Details UI Issues (Doc ID 2459706.1)

One user has observed the below issues in Customer Care UI as part of Event Adjustment test performed:

1. The Event adjustment page shows a logo $ above the reason code drop down prefixed with text "Event Adjustment". This is misleading for customers having currency other than "$".
    Event Adjustment page gives “$” logo prefix before the text “Event Adjustment” above the reason code drop down.
    For customers with currencies other than USD it looks incorrect:


2. When event adjustment pop-up window is opened for selecting any charge for adjustment, the event details are in table format, but no effective date populated and the usage time is repeated.
