Misdirected Container Received In SIM Is Failing In RMS RIB With Invalid Container Error (Doc ID 2459967.1)

Symptoms

Misdirected container received in Store Inventory Management (SIM) is failing in RIB for RMS.
The new container which is not in the shipment is received in SIM. But the shipment is stuck in RMS RIB with error:


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Create a transfer (T-1) from store A to Store B with container(C-1).
  2. Ship the transfer from Store A.
  3. Check in RMS if shipment is created.
  4. Now receive T-1 in Store B . When Receiving add the container C-2 as a misdirected container and receive it.
  5. Check in RMS-RIB Hospital, the receiving message for this container is failed.
