Pipeline Error "Customer Has No Valid Products For Account..." While Processing Suspended CDRs (Doc ID 2460032.1)

Symptoms

On 7.5.0.11.0, when attempting to load Suspense CDR the following error occurs in pipeline log.

Scenario :

- One has performed repeated service transfers
- The first two transfers are on the same account but under different billinfos, 3rd one on a different account and most recent was on the 1st account.
