Pipeline Error "Customer Has No Valid Products For Account..." While Processing Suspended CDRs

When attempting to load suspended CDRs, the following error occurs in pipeline log.
- One has performed repeated service transfers
- The first two transfers are on the same account but under different billinfos, the 3rd transfer is on a different account, and most recent transfers was on the 1st account.
