Unable To Activate Business Operations Centre In OES Domain In Weblogic (Doc ID 2460145.1)

Symptoms

On : 7.5.0.21.0 version,

Issue: User is unable to activate BOC (Business Operations Center) in OES domain in Weblogic and  'java.lang.ClassNotFoundException' error is thrown in weblogic domain logs.

Details :

- BOC is deployed in non-BRM server.
- That server has IDM instance running and BOC application is deployed in weblogic domain and integrated with OIM.
- But trying to activate deployment changes in weblogic it is throwing java class not found error and so deployment activation is failing.
