On : 11.1.0.2 version, General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
PostInsertIndividualActivityProcessorBll doesn't return business errors for Client Level Activities. When you run an AsFile that inserts a client level activity where a business validation would be triggered, in the response it does not include any information that a validation was triggered. If you view the activity in the system the error does show as triggered.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The response from AsFile should have an indication that a business validation was triggered.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
 1) Create a Client level activity that has business validations
2) Create an AsFile that will insert this Activity
3) Use this AsFile to trigger the validation
4) Notice the response does not contain any indication that a business validation was triggered.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Down stream calling systems are not aware that a validation was triggered during processing.
