Symptoms

When Reporter Information is set as U.N.K, the P.M.D.A E2B R3 report generated doesn't contain the O.I.D value for the data element C.2.r.4.
The C.2.r.4 O.I.D should be correctly populated even for NULL Flavor Value U.N.K.
