Goal

What is the impact if default value of BATCH_ASYNC_DELAY is set to 60? Due to this the number of transactions/batches being processed might be limited to maximum one per minute?
Business scenario might require a much higher number of transactions/batches being processed.
What is the impact if BATCH_ASYNC_DELAY is set to a lower value than the one needed to process the data, only a timeout error? What is the actual impact of changing this in relation with batches below:

RESA_POSU_IMPORT -- Retail sale audit point of sale import
REGULAR_PRICE_CHANGE_IMPORT -- Regular Price Change
CLEARANCE_IMPORT -- Clearance Price Change
PROMOTION_IMPORT -- Promotion Price Change
STOCK_COUNT_IMPORT -- Third party stock count import
