In  OracleComms_OSM_O2A_SOM_Base for OSM 7.2.4.1.6.665

BaseLineItemData.xquery uses:

declare namespace prop="CommunicationsProvisioningOrderFulfillmentPIP";

This is out of date, it should be:

declare namespace prop="SOM_ProvisionOrderFulfillment";
