Bulk Updates Appear More than Once in 'View History' (Doc ID 2461113.1)

The lines 'Included in bulk update Bulk Renewal by a given user apply more than once in the 'Policy history'. It looks the line appears as many times as the version number of the latest version of the policy.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Press 'View policy history' on a policy that has had a bulk update and has 2 or more versions.
