Documents Cannot be Previewed After Moving to the Distributed Tab (Doc ID 2461584.1)

On : 12.6 version, Enterprise Edition

Once a document moves to the Distributed tab, a user will select the document, pick the Distribution tab, then view the documents that were generated for that transaction.  It currently does not preview the document.  The window opens, but leaves a white blank page.  Additionally, if you download the document, it downloads a 0kb file that is invalid.
The expected behavior is the finished PDF should be rendered via Documaker Interactive

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
After generating a document and submitting it for publishing, go to the Distributed tab and select my document, click the Preview icon
