Transfer Cannot Be Retrieved Using The Carton Number

The shipment search UI returns the following error when search is based on carton/container id:
Error: “invalid value”
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to the shipment screen: Inventory > Shipments and Receipts > Shipment.
2. Click on Advanced.
3. Click on Add Fields: Carton.
4. Type the carton number for a received transfer on the carton field.
5. Notice the error.
