How to Investigate OKM Managed Servers In Warning State

Information in this document applies to any platform.
There are many reasons that a managed server could go into warning state.
- A resource has become overloaded causing errors.
- There are new system errors that are causing a slow down.
- A new application change was not load tested.
- The load has grown beyond the capacity of the system.
In general Oracle Support does not investigate load or resource issues. It is the customers responsibility to look at the problem and determine the cause. Then if it is a product issue it is appropriate to open an SR with Oracle support.
