Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Central Office (ORCO) Transaction Tracker, user is presented with the following error while searching a transaction using 'Search by item' and 'Search by transaction'.

UI Message : An unexpected exception occurred.

Centraloffice.log has the following error:

 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to CO.
2. Navigate to Transaction tracker > Search by Item.
3. Click 'search by store number:' and enter 'From Store' number and 'To Store' number.
4. Then click search.
