What is causing the excessive amount of logging in the Event Viewer security logs, originating from the WebLogic Node Manager service (wlsvcX64.exe)?

The following is an example of the security log:

Security ID: SYSTEM
Account Name: ADMIN
Account Domain: ORACLE
Logon ID: 0x000

Object Server: Security
Object Type: File
Object Name: C:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_Home\user_projects\domains\PrimaveraP6EPPM\servers\AdminServer\data\nodemanager\AdminServer.state
Handle ID: 0xdfc
Resource Attributes:

Process Information:
Process ID: 0x7bc
Process Name: C:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_Home\wlserver\server\bin\wlsvcX64.exe

Access Request Information:
Accesses: ReadData (or ListDirectory)

Access Mask: 0x1

The Node Manager will constantly cycle through the *.state files of the Admin Server and any Managed Servers constantly which creates "noise" in the Security logs.
