Symptoms

Encountering an error when running ohi-update.sh in order to install the latest OHI release for Claims (3.18.2.0.0)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) update the DB
2) update the FMW using java -jar fmw_12.2.1.3.0_infrastructure.jar
3) Update the Domain using ./ua
4) reconfiure the domain using reconfig.sh
5) install OHI patch (Opatch) using opatch.sh apply
6) error when running ohi-update.sh
