Message "The AutoVue Client Did Not Start Successfully" Appears More Slowly then Configured in the System Preference : Autovue Client Startup Delay (In Seconds)

Symptoms
Actual Behavior
The message "The AutoVue client did not start successfully" does not show up on the expected time. It appears slower than expected.
Preference : Autovue Client Startup Delay (In Seconds) is set to 60, but below message appears later than 60 seconds (around 2 minutes) when user tries to view file when AutoVue server is not running:
The AutoVue client did not start successfully. Please ensure that the server is running and the generated JNLP is launched. You can contact the system administrator for extending the delay required before assuming AutoVue startup failure.
Expected Behavior
The message to appear after waiting for the time configured in System Preference : Autovue Client Startup Delay (In Seconds)
Steps
- Make sure AutoVue for Agile service is not running
- Log into Java Client as admin user, and go to Admin tab > Server Settings > Preference, and set below, and Save:
Autovue Client Startup Delay (In Seconds) : 60 - Log into Web Client, and search for an object with attachment
- Go to Attachments tab, select a file, and Click View > View
- Wait for 60 sec. The message still not appear
- Wait for some more time (i.e. nearly 2 min), and see below message appears:
The AutoVue client did not start successfully. Please ensure that the server is running and the generated JNLP is launched. You can contact the system administrator for extending the delay required before assuming AutoVue startup failure.
==> Expected result is the message to appear after waiting for 60 seconds as configured in Autovue Client Startup Delay (In Seconds)
