ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------
Slots are getting reversed when auto-building Sonet.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The slots should stay as they are designed.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
  
 
 1. Create RING type SONET without TS1.
 2. Autobuild to DS3's.
 3. Try to assign DS3 to a slot.
 4. The slots shows as interchanged .



BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot correctly design circuits..
