Symptoms

When attempting to access the Portfolios view in P6 EPPM, the following error occurs:

ERROR

Unable to load data
Unknown error, please contact you System Administrator

The corresponding error is found in the P6WebAccess.html.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to P6 EPPM Web.
2. Select the 'Portfolios' tab.
