Goal

On NMS2.3.0.0.0 and above


Launching Web Workspace fails with a NullPointerException error dialog and a "System Unavailable" error dialog with this message: "Startup failed due to an unspecified error. Please check the logifle for more details."

Managed Server log displayed following errors:
