Unable To Access Developer Center With SSL Enabled (Doc ID 2464124.1)

Goal

Installed BRM developer center 12.0.0.0 with SSL enabled. Try to log into developer center, but get invalid user name and password error.

Use case:

1) Disable SSL, still not able to login to Developer Center.
2) With SSL enabled (for cm, dm_oracle and test), still not able to login to Developer Center.
