Symptoms

On :  3.18.1.0.0 version, JET Interface

Users are provisioned with 'ALL_API_ACCESS_ROLE' access role on OHI 3.18.1, however, they are not able to login to new JET page. Following are the URLs(not load balanced yet).

http://xxxx:8510/claimsjs/

ERROR

"Error Occurred while attempting to authenticate user"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Try logging in to below url for JET:
