Symptoms

When attempting to start up P6 EPPM with WebLogic, the following error occurs.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install a higher Java JDK than what is listed in the Tested Configurations Document
2. Install WebLogic with that higher version
3. Install P6 and configure the WebLogic domain
4. Attempt to start up P6 EPPM
5. Error occurs in the P6.out file and the nodemanager cannot start properly
