Slee Not Starting When MAXINTERFACES -1 Are Configured (Doc ID 2464539.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC) the Service Logic Execution Environment (SLEE) configuration file named SLEE.cfg had a parameter named MAXINTERFACES, defined as the maximum number of interface objects which can be held in shared memory.

When MAXINTERFACES is less than 1 of the total configured interfaces the following error is generated:

" sleeInterfaceInstance.cc@41: No available interfaces"
