Symptoms
Testing the Portfolio Allocation functionality led to failure - see below use cases and their respective results:
- Static Table Allocations from Instruments to Management Ledger - DID NOT START
- Field Allocations in Instrument Tables - FAILED
- Lookup Driver Allocations to Instrument Tables - FAILED
Running the allocation on specific instrument tables works fine. The following errors are found in the PFT debug log and / or in FSI_MESSAGE_LOG
ERRORS
Module Logging OFS errors: ERROR : OUTPUT_OPTION_CD NOT DEFINED IN FSI_M_ALLOCATION_RULE TABLE
Module Logging OFS errors: Invalid Debit
Module Logging OFS errors: Invalid Page
Module Logging OFS errors: No records to allocate Allocation ID is empty
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OFSAA -> PFT
2. Define similar Portfolio Allocations
3. Run Portfolio Allocations and check status, ofspa logs.
