Slee_acs Crashes during Control Plan Loading
(Doc ID 2465435.1)
Last updated on OCTOBER 25, 2024
Applies to:
Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control - Version 6.0.1 and laterOracle Communications Convergent Charging Controller - Version 6.0.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC) and Oracle Communications Convergent Charging Controller (OC3C) version 6.0.1 the processing of a SMS Mobile Originating (MO) control plan causes a slee_acs crash with segmentation fault.
The expected behavior is to have a complete SMS MO call without any errors or crashes returned from slee-acs.
Due to this issue SMS MO call flow is not validated on the new platform, Linux NCC version 6.0.1.
Changes
The control plan data was migrated from a OCNCC version 6.0.0 running on Solaris to a new platform running OCNCC version 6.0.1 on Linux.
