ASAP Performance Impacted by NE Throughput Settings (Doc ID 2465481.1)

Symptoms

Inconsistency in ASAP performance is observed while running on big batches (100k orders) in one shot . Sometimes, ASAP is giving 400+/minute order completion throughput and sometimes it is dropping to 50/min .

What are some of the performance enhancements either on the Unix admin, ASAP , WebLogic or DB side?.

What are all things needed to ask the DBA to check and verify ? Also,  suggest things to check with Unix admin ?
