Symptoms


Some of the RIB-RWMS adapters, especially publishers and hospital retry adapters are going down frequently with "java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit exceeded" seen in the adapter log.


Error Stack reads:

"Caused by: javax.ejb.EJBException: Unexpected exception in com.retek.rib.app.getnext.impl.GetNextPublisherEjb.getNextAndPublishMessages:
com.retek.rib.binding.exception.PublishException: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit exceeded
at com.retek.rib.app.getnext.impl.GetNextPublisherEjb.getNextAndPublishMessages(GetNextPublisherEjb.java:202)
