Triggering Emails From SIM Is Not Working (Doc ID 2466112.1)

Symptoms

Triggering emails from SIM is not working as per system configurations.

Example:

1. Set the Store receiving over/under email alert as Yes in System Admin
2. Set the role permission. Gave the role permission for Email Alert- Store receiving Over/under


Steps to reproduce:
1. Set the Store receiving over/under email alert as Yes in System Admin
2. Set the role permission. Gave the role permission for Email Alert- Store receiving Over/under
3. Do an Over-receiving for a transfer

To configure email alerts you must do the following:
In the SIM System Admin panel, set up the following:
Email Role - the Role defined in Light-weight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) for the users that will receive emails.
Email Server Name - the email
