Some Items Are Shown In MPS Produciton Planners Workbench Which Have Unfirm Planned Orders Instead Of Firm Planned Orders (Doc ID 2466434.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Memory Based Planner in PROD

Some Items have planned orders In MPS Production plan and are not automatically firmed during the ASCP plan run. Customer has ASCP profile MSC: MPS Auto-Firm Planned Orders = Yes. Example data:

Item = F7XC535325244
Item = F7XC545031200D7
Org = PRD:DFB

The above two items are showing planned orders in the MPS/Production Plan ASCP workbench. However they are not firm. There are other items in the MPS workbench which are showing firm planned orders after the plan run


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect all planned orders in MPS Production Planners Workbench to show firm planned orders after the ASCP plan is run

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set profile MSC: MPS Auto-Firm Planned Orders = Yes in ASCP instance
2. Create Production/MPS plan
3. Run Production plan
4. See most items with firm planned orders for supply. However a couple of items show planned orders which are not firm
