Goal

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM), 7.5.0.0.0. Version,

Due to the slow processing of running pin_inv_accts of a DOM (Day Of Month), the invoices do not get generated.

After changing the value of the parameter optimizer_adaptive_features = true to optimizer_adaptive_features = false, the process of pin_inv_accts is executed successfully to process the invoice and with very good average.

Please advise the suggestion on "optimizer_adaptive_features" on BRM side.
