Goal

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When using High resolution Screens above 1920 x 1080 display such as 4K monitor, Java Client Icons and button are small to see. 

Even for using windows scaling function to 200% the UI is shown small. 

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch Java Client in Windows 10 with High resolution display like 4K monitor
