Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management (RSIM) , Quick Receiving response excessively slow when scanning container ID on handheld.

Steps to Reproduce:

Use a store where UIN_PROCESSING_ENABLED=No

1. Find Transfer container with multiple items
2. From Handheld Navigate: Main > Shipping/Receiving > Quick Receiving
3. Scan Container ID

Results : multiple seconds before user able to scan next container
