Symptoms
In Store Inventory Management (SIM), 'ThirdPartyStockCountImport' process is not deleting records from from STOCK_COUNT_IMPORT table whose Status = 10.
Step to Reproduce :
1. Create 3rd-party count file with invalid FHEAD.stock count ID (use a previously completed ID)
2. Run ThirdPartyStockCountImport batch
Note: STOCK_COUNT_IMPORT includes records with status =10
4. Correct import count file
5. Re-run ThirdPartyStockCountImport batch
