Transfer Shipping Missing Ability To Print Dispatched Transfer on SIM Handheld Device (Doc ID 2467717.1)

Symptoms

In Store Inventory Management (SIM) application, find that, on the Hand Held (HH), once a transfer shipment is completed, there is no option to print the transfer shipment report.

Steps to Recreate:

1. Log into SIM using HH
2. Navigate to Shipping/Receiving, Transfer Shipping, Create Shipment
3. Select Store
4. Enter the destination ID (To store)
5. Select Add Container
6. Select Add/Edit Item
7. Enter and item and quantity
8. Select Total for Summary
9. Select Confirm Container, Enter to continue
10. Select Dispatch, Yes to Confirm, Enter to Continue

Note that the screen navigates back to the Shipment Menu so that a Completed Transfer Shipment report cannot be printed; one could be printed just before the transfer is dispatched, but it would display as In Progress

Actual Result: When shipping a transfer is dispatched, the system navigates back to the Shipment Menu. This prevents the “Shipped” Transfer Shipping Report from being printed.

Expected Result: When performing Transfer Shipping there should be an option to print a completed Transfer Shipment report so that it can be included in the transfer paperwork. This would most easily be achieved by the system navigating back to the Shipment Summary screen once the delivery is dispatched/confirmed. From here the user would then be able to print as many reports as needed, then escape out of the application.
