Billing Care Login Page Kept Loading After The Session Timeout When The Previous Session Was Closed Just After Logged In (Doc ID 2467738.1)

Symptoms

On : 7.5.0.20.0 version, Billing Care

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Open the Billing Care UI initial page, e.g. http//xxx:1234/bc/login.html
2) Login with a valid credential
3) Once the login is success, just close the tab
4) After session timeout time (30 min)
5) Open a new tab and open login page, e.g. http//xxx:1234/bc/login.html
6) The login page keeps loading again and again.
