8.0.5 PFT, FTP, or ALM Migration Export Fails with 'Exception occured while retrieving source objects' (Doc ID 2467815.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Financial Services Profitability Management (PFT), Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), or Asset Liability Management (ALM) 8.0.5, when attempting to run offline / command line migration to migrate Allocations, FTP Processes, ALM Processes, etc., the export fails with the following in the FUSIONSUBSYSTEMSService.log from the web servers's OFSAA log directory:
