Purpose
Provide a description of all OC/RDC discrepancies types along with their description and when these are generated/fired or how can these discrepancies be resolved.
Having a response field which is conditionally enabled, and a study team member manually generates a discrepancy against that enabled response field, would the system automatically close the discrepancy when the response is changed (data change causes the conditionally enabled response field to be disabled), or should the study team member manage it by manually resolving the discrepancy?
