Not Able to Run the SQL file generated from Mobile User Administration -Export Configuration.

We are trying to run the SQL file generated from Mobile User Administration-Export Configuration from Configuration Assistant

It is throwing errors for some of the entries like below.
INSERT INTO mobile_users(
USER_ID, FIRSTNAME, LASTNAME, PASSWORD, SALT, NEW_USER_KEY, EMAIL, PHONE, COMPANY, ACTIVE, CREATED, DEACTIVATED, CREW_KEY, PERMISSION_SET)
 VALUES (
  '<USER>', '<FIRST NAME>', '<LAST NAME>', HEXTORAW(<PASWWORD>), HEXTORAW(<VALUE>), null, '<EMAIL>', '<PHONE>', '<COMPANY>', 'Y', null, null, null, 'internal');

We have manually modified and tried to run, it is inserting records without error.

These errors are coming while running this SQL file from SQL developer and ces_setup.

ERROR at line 4:
ORA-00907: missing right parenthesis

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Run Config Assistant.
In the Mobile User Admin tab, press the Export Configuration button for the Mobile Users section.

Copy one of the "INSERT INTO mobile_users" entries, and attempt to run it in to sqlplus manually.
You will get an error.
