Configuration Assistant's Mobile User Administration Tab Does Not Display Correctly in Low Resolution Screen

Symptoms
On : 2.3.0.2.0 version, CA - Configuration Assistant
The Permissions list boxes are not appearing properly in Mobile User Administration Tab of Config Assistant
In the Mobile user administration tab of Configuration Assistant Permission sets are not appearing properly with resolution 1280X720 and not showing any drop down after changing the resolution to 1280X1028 permission sets are appearing and drop down is also appearing.
The GUI should always be rendered correctly.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Set your screen resolution to 1280x720
Launch the config assistant
Go to the Mobile User Admin tab,
Add Permission Set for a user
The dialog is not rendered properly.
