Reason Code LOV is not displaying RCA Reason Code when invoice cost is checked as correct for the first time.
Steps To Recreate:
1)Create Purchase Order (PO) with 4 items.
2)Create shipment and receive items without discrepancy.
3)Create invoice with cost discrepancy for one item.
4)Run reimautomatch batch.Invoice will move to URMTCH status.
5)Go to summary match.Enter order number and click on search.
6)Select invoice and receipt and click on Summary match.
7)Click on detail match.Select the item and click on resolve.
8)Check Invoice cost as correct and click on Reason code LOV. Observed RCA reason code is not visible.
8)In the next step check receipt cost as correct and then again check invoice cost as correct.
9)Click on Reason code LOV. Observed RCA reason code is visible.
