RPAS Fusion Client: Position Filtering Is Not Filtering Results

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When we select a subset of records and use the Position Filtering functionality, the step that is opened is not filtered according to the selection that was made.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open any existing workbook with more than one step.
2. Select one or a subset of the records that are presented.
3. Select the Position Filtering option to go to a different step.
4. Validate that the selected records are not filtered in newly opened step.
