User Defined Drop Down Does Not Work Correctly After Upgrade to Argus 8.1.2 (Doc ID 2468664.1)

Symptoms

A user-defined field (CASE_MASTER.UD_NUMBER_1) was converted into a dropdown using a query against another Oracle table using the directions from the following:

After upgrading to Argus 8.1.2, when selecting a value from the drop down and saving, a random value is displayed in the field and saved in the database.

LOV should save value that is selected in Argus UI and tables.

Issue does not occur when the UDF Field ID column value is < 6
